Marchant Recruitment is assisting an established independent secondary school in Leeds, England, to recruit an experienced Behaviour Manager for its pastoral leadership team. The role focuses on supporting students with behavioural concerns and coordinating interventions.

Qualifications

• Previous school experience in a secondary setting is essential.
• Experience in behaviour, pastoral or inclusion roles preferred.
• Experience with SEMH and safeguarding would be beneficial.
