Experience working in a school setting and experience with SEND pupils is favourable. Experience within a sector with transferrable skills may also be considered. Driving is essential due to rural location.

Job Description:

1. Supporting children during lessons/school activities
2. Supporting staff/children during lunch and break times
3. Managing pupils' personalised learning based on their individual need
4. Helping young people with their daily care requirements
5. Working with a variety of SEND and Mental Health needs
6. Delivering 1:1 or small group activities
7. Collecting evidence of children's work to support their assessment
8. Providing physical management and care of pupils
