Job summary

Lawn Manor Academy in Swindon is seeking an experienced HLTA for Behaviour and Inclusion to support pupil wellbeing and behaviour within the student support team. The successful candidate will work 37 hours per week across 39 teaching weeks, with 44.85 paid weeks, on a permanent contract.

Closing date 11 October 2026; start date ASAP. All applicants are encouraged from diverse backgrounds; actual salary £24,998-£26,683, arranged under the NJC framework; interview in week commencing 12 October

Qualifications

• HLTA with behaviour and inclusion experience.
• Experience supporting pupil wellbeing and behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Support pupil wellbeing and behaviour within the school.
• Be a key member of the student support team responsible for behaviour management.
