Job summary

University Academy Holbeach is seeking an Inclusion Coordinator to oversee and manage the school's internal sanctions and provide behavioural support. You will supervise pupils in the Internal Exclusion Centre and Removal Room, ensuring they stay engaged with learning while reflecting on actions that led to placement.

You will monitor behaviour across year groups, liaise with parents and carers, and work with staff and external agencies to ensure consistent support.

• Experience in managing pupil behaviour and behaviour support
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and student welfare
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, families and external agencies

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing the school's internal sanctions
• Supervising pupils in the Internal Exclusion Centre and Removal Room, ensuring they remain engaged with learning while reflecting on behaviours
• Tracking and monitoring behaviour patterns across year groups and individual pupils, identifying trends
• Liaising regularly with parents and carers regarding learner behaviour and supporting positive outcomes
• Collaborating with teaching staff, pastoral teams and external agencies to ensure consistent support
• Helping learners reflect on and modify their behaviour to develop strategies for better actions and relationships
