• Conduct comprehensive risk and needs assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely case records and reports.
• Collaborate with partner agencies and participate in multi-agency meetings and risk management processes.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Utilise digital systems (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to manage casework and communication.
