Summit BHC is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate I for The Farley Center in Williamsburg, Virginia. This on-site role involves monitoring clients, supporting treatment, and maintaining records within a structured environment.

The position offers a full-time night shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) with rotating weekends and benefits including tuition assistance, medical/dental/vision after 30 days, PTO, and a daily pay option.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months or more experience with the population preferred.
• CPR certification and de-escalation training required (training available).

Responsibilities

• Ensures client wellbeing in a safe, supportive environment.
• Monitors and reports client behaviors; participates in treatment activities.
• Records vital signs and notes changes to supervisor or charge nurse.
