Job summary

Love Childcare Recruitment is seeking a Before and After School Club Supervisor or Playworker in Horsham, West Sussex. The role offers permanent hours with shifts 7:15-8:45am and 3-6pm, Monday to Friday during term-time, plus several holiday slots. Up to £13.50 per hour depending on role, age, experience and qualifications.

You’ll help plan and deliver a varied programme of activities, support children’s engagement and ensure a safe, inclusive environment while liaising with families and schools.

Qualifications

• Experience with children is essential.
• Passion for creating inclusive, fun environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sessions: assist planning and delivery of activities.
• Champion inclusion for every child.
• Ensure safety: complete registers and health checks.
