Job summary

Koosa Kids, part of the Junior Adventures Group, is seeking an After School Club Supervisor in Haslemere. You’ll lead a small team, plan engaging activities for children aged 4–11, and build strong links with schools and families in a warm, safe environment.

You’ll deliver sports, arts, games, and structured play every day, while ensuring safeguarding, health and safety, and company procedures are followed with confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams of staff or volunteers.
• Ability to plan engaging, age-appropriate activities.

Responsibilities

• Greet children each morning and afternoon with energy and positivity.

Location:

Shottermill Junior School, Haslemere, Surrey

Hours:

2.45pm - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, Term Time contract with holiday camp option as overtime.

Pay:

£13.85 per hour - £15.10 per hour, depending on experience

As an After School Club Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of one of our children’s activity clubs, creating safe, exciting, and enriching experiences for children aged 4–11. You’ll lead a small team, build strong relationships with schools and families, and deliver a mix of sports, arts, games, and structured play every single day!

What you’ll do day-to-day:

• Greet children each morning and afternoon with fun and energy, kickstarting the day with games, sports, and positive vibes.
• Lead exciting after-school activities like arts & crafts, team challenges, drama, multi-sports, and structured play.
• Plan engaging sessions that are age-appropriate, inclusive, and (most importantly) fun!
• Manage and motivate your team to deliver brilliant care and play experiences.
• Communicate confidently with parents, your team, the host school, and central operations.
• Ensure health & safety, safeguarding, and company procedures are followed with confidence and care.
