Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day slaughter hall operations.
• Ensure hygiene and maintenance standards are met.
• Train and develop staff and maintain training records.
• Uphold health and safety compliance across shifts.
• Monitor animal welfare and SRM disposal per regs.
• Produce kill figures and reports for management.
• Organise staff to cover line based on skill and availability.
