The role is on a zero-hours contract with flexible hours and pay per audit. Key activities include delivering audit programmes, coaching clients, following the Audit Brief, and completing all documentation

Qualifikationen

• Formal qualification in Agriculture is desirable but not essential.
• Experience with agriculture sectors (cattle/sheep/crops/organics) or in industry preferred; Red Tractor scheme experience desirable.
• Good communication, IT and organizational skills.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

Aufgaben

• Plan and conduct Red Tractor audits focused on Beef, Lamb and Dairy.
• Deliver client training programmes and on-the-job coaching where required.
• Provide high level of service and responsiveness to clients.
• Follow Audit Brief for audits and meet audit-specific requirements.
• Accurately complete reports, handheld data capture forms and other documentation for each client audit/visit.
• Progress actions promptly and report delays within agreed timescales.
