Qualifications

• Proven background in livestock and a strong farming-community reputation.
• Ability to navigate sensitive on-farm situations with tact and influence.
• Experience translating sustainability data into actionable coaching.
• Prior supplier management or technical auditing experience.
• Independent, field-based worker capable of high-stakes decisions.

Responsibilities

• Audit farms to ensure welfare and industry requirements.
• Coach farmers with practical, data-driven improvement plans.
• Host welfare audits and drive sustainable roadmaps.
• Score units within a risk matrix to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with industry stakeholders and farm operations.
