Job summary

Land of Beds in Wigan is seeking a Sales Advisor to convert enquiries into sales across in-store, phone, and live chat channels. You will build rapport, negotiate terms, and guide customers to the best purchase decisions.

The role includes a 37.5-hour week, 9am–5pm shifts, weekend rotation, and comprehensive training. Expect an earning potential of £31,000+ with uncapped commission and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Convert inbound sales enquiries across all channels – in-store, phone, email, and live chat – responding promptly and following up to maximise conversions.
• Handle customer finance agreements and recommend complementary products in line with company policy.
• Process accurate customer information and adhere to all sales team standards and procedures.
• Strong ability to follow sales processes, handle objections, and negotiate; excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
