Requirements

• Provide high‑quality treatments for clients in line with our clinic treatment guidelines.
• Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs and set realistic expectations.
• Actively promote additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
• Work with sales targets to achieve results.
• Ensure all client records are up to date before and after treatment.
• Maintain and clean all machines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required.
• Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired, not required).
• Team player who works collaboratively.
• A positive and friendly attitude with clients.
• Attention to detail when dealing with client records.
• Excellent standards with regards to client experience.
