Qualifications

• Previous management experience within beauty, cosmetics or premium retail.
• Proven track record of driving sales, achieving targets and developing successful teams.
• Strong knowledge of retail KPIs and the ability to translate commercial objectives into actionable results.
• A genuine passion for beauty, emerging trends and innovative products.
• Confidence in delivering engaging consultations and building meaningful customer relationships.
• Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to inspire, coach and motivate others.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to bring fresh ideas to the business.
• A hands-on leadership style, with a willingness to lead by example on the shop floor.
