Elite Associates is partnering with a premium beauty brand to recruit a Business Manager for their Greater Dublin retail location. You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales and deliver a customer experience that reflects the brand's identity.

You'll shape daily performance, mentor staff, manage stock and visuals, and create engaging events to grow the business. The ideal candidate brings beauty retail leadership, a track record of targets, and a hands-on, coaching leadership style.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within beauty, cosmetics or premium retail.
• Proven track record of driving sales, achieving targets and developing successful teams.
• Strong knowledge of retail KPIs and the ability to translate commercial objectives into actionable results.
• A genuine passion for beauty, emerging trends and innovative products.
• Confidence in delivering engaging consultations and building meaningful customer relationships.
• Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to inspire, coach and motivate others.

The Role
