Job summary

Halpern and Accelerate is seeking a Senior Social Strategist to lead social across our beauty portfolio, shaping platform-native strategies for brands like Body Shop, Roc and E45. This hands-on role blends culture, community, and commerce to drive awareness, consideration and action.

You will craft full-funnel social ecosystems, guide creative and content systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed social thinking from the start.

Qualifications

• Significant proven experience in a social strategy role.
• Deep understanding of social platforms and evolving audience behaviours.
• Strong cultural intelligence and awareness of moments in culture.
• Comfortable working at pace in an agile agency environment.
• Experience in Beauty sector is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead social strategies for beauty clients and tie objectives to insights and outcomes.
• Define social's role across organic, paid, creator, influencer and commerce.
• Build platform strategies for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit and more.
• Develop full-funnel social ecosystems with content and measurement frameworks.
• Turn insights into platform-native briefs and content systems.
• Shaping social-first campaigns from brief to execution.
• Develop social commerce strategies including shoppable content and creator commerce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed social thinking from start.
• Review work to ensure relevance and cultural alignment.
• Use data and social listening to optimize activity.
• Present strategies to clients with clarity and conviction.
• Manage client relationships and navigate feedback in fast-moving environments.
