Job summary

Bloom Careers is recruiting a Social Media Manager for a rapidly growing beauty group with brands across Europe, the Middle East and Africa to grow social presence and help shape future launches.

You will own day-to-day content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook for multiple brands; write copy in distinct tones; manage content calendars, creator partnerships and PR gifting; track performance and feed insights to the creative team for new product ideas.

Qualifications

• 2 years content creation experience within the beauty industry.
• Sharp copywriting and attention to detail.
• CapCut, Adobe, Canva or Figma for video editing.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day content and community across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook for multiple brands.
• Write copy that nails each brand's distinct tone of voice.
• Run the content calendar around launches and retail activations.
• Manage creator partnerships and PR gifting.
• Track performance and turn insight into better content.
• NPD support: Staying updated on market and ingredient trends, feeding ideas through to the creative team for brand, packaging and product ideas.
