Job summary

We Are Refyne is seeking an experienced Product Developer to join a fast-moving beauty business in Manchester. The role leads end-to-end development from concept through first production, balancing creativity with commercial objectives.

You will work across formulation, packaging, and supplier coordination in an agile environment, delivering market-ready products that meet consumer expectations and business goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in product development across beauty, skincare, cosmetics or personal care.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end product development and formulation processes.
• Experience with formulation development and technical awareness.
• Colour-led innovation and shade development experience is advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage multiple launches with pace and quality.
• Experience managing suppliers, costings and development timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to first production, meeting timelines and quality standards.
• Own project plans and critical paths across multiple launches to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive formulation, components and packaging development for innovative products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to bring successful launches to market.
