Job summary

Space NK Limited is seeking a Supervisor to assist the management team in maximising sales and profitability while supporting and retaining a high-performing team. The role focuses on delivering a customer-first experience and driving store performance.

You will coach staff, analyse reports, and escalate performance issues to ensure targets are met and the store operates in line with company policies. This is a frontline leadership role within our Exeter stores and loyalty program framework.

Responsibilities

• Support the team to deliver a customer-first experience consistently.
• Exceed sales targets and the company acquisition target for N.dulge.
• Support stock file accuracy and stock loss minimisation.
• Communicate targets (sales, ATV, AUS, conversion) daily/weekly/monthly.
• Drive business opportunities through clear internal/external collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to maximise the business.
• Analyse weekly, monthly and yearly performance from reports.
• Support store recruitment and diverse teams for customer focus.
• Create an inclusive, welcoming environment for employees.
• Deliver constructive feedback and escalate performance issues.
• Coach and develop the team to reach potential and ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure store adheres to Company policies.
