Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Inc. in Exeter is seeking a passionate Beauty Expert for our John Lewis counters. This part-time, 32-hour contract places you on the shop floor to share expert artistry and in-depth product knowledge, helping customers feel confident and beautiful.

Ideally NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy with sales experience in beauty or retail. Training includes Charlotte’s Magic Academy, plus staff discounts and access to exclusive launches.

Qualifications

• Ideally NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy.
• Experience as Sales Advisor in fast-paced beauty/retail/FMCG environments is desired.
• Passion for Charlotte Tilbury brand and ability to share knowledge with customers.
• Experience applying makeup and adapting style to different customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert artistry and product knowledge to customers on the shop floor.
• Build lasting emotional connections with customers and drive KPI achievement.
• Champion world-class artistry and deliver an exceptional customer experience as a brand ambassador.
• Adapt approach to customers and opportunities to drive sales and product adoption.

You will have

• Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy

• You will ideally have had some experience as a Sales Advisor. Ideally this will be gained from a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG.

• You aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen – and continues to grow. You love all things Charlotte Tilbury – and are not afraid to spread the word.

• Ideally you will have experience in applying makeup – and knowing how to adapt your style to different customers with different needs.
