Requirements

As a Charlotte Tilbury Retail Artist, you will be the heart of our store experience, responsible for inspiring confidence and beauty in our customers. Your role combines expert artistry, product knowledge, and emotional connection building, adapting your style to meet individual customer needs.

• You should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, exceeding KPIs and striving for excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

• Ideally, NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy.
• Experience as a Sales Advisor in beauty, retail, or FMCG environments is preferred.
• A passion for beauty and a desire to promote Charlotte Tilbury’s innovative products.
• Experience in makeup application and adapting styles to diverse customer needs is advantageous.
