Responsibilities

You will deliver exciting, unique service to all customers. To maximize sales, you’ll connect with customers, demonstrate products, and be determined to secure repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments.

Duties Include:

• Sales Goals: Achieve individual sales goals by connecting with customers, demonstrating products, performing brow treatments, and booking repeat appointments.
• Brow services: Waxing, Tinting, and Tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat bookings. Full training will be provided to become a Brow Expert.
• Teamwork: Support team members to meet all counter and business needs.
• Promotions and Events: Assist with in-store and external events, including product launches and charity events.
• Administration: Complete daily and weekly worksheets and assist with administrative tasks.
• Hygiene and Housekeeping: Keep the counter and displays clean and hygienic.
