Responsibilities

As a Beauty Expert, you will deliver exciting and unique services to all customers. To maximize sales, you’ll be confident in connecting with customers, passionate about eyebrow styling, demonstrating products, and winning repeat business through lessons and appointments.

Duties include:

• Sales Goals: Achieve individual sales targets through customer connections and product demonstrations.
• Teamwork: Support all team members to meet counter and business needs.
• Promotions & Events: Assist with in-store and external events, including product launches and charity events.
• Administration: Complete daily and weekly worksheets and assist with administrative tasks.
• Hygiene & Housekeeping: Keep the counter and displays clean and hygienic.

Qualifications
