We've got an exciting opportunity to join us as a Beauty Retail Merchandiser based in Primark Nottingham in the NG1 2DZ area. You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, helping launch a new Beauty brand into a fast-paced high street store. You'll be responsible for driving sales by ensuring the stands are completely full of stock as these brands sell fast!

About the role:

This role will primarily be based within the NG1 2DZ postcode.

Confirmed working hours: 12 hours

• Thursday 6:00am - 10:00am
• Friday 6:00am - 10:00am
• Saturday 6:00am - 10:00am

There may be opportunities to work across other categories including, but not limited to, Books and Entertainment, Toys, and General Merchandising.

You'll work quickly and accurately to ensure the Beauty stands are fully stocked for customers. This will involve:

• Product Placement and Replenishment: arranging and organising products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal, ensuring stock levels are maintained to drive sales.
• Beauty Knowledge: becoming an expert on health and beauty brands, products, and trends.
• Compliance and Standards: adhering to merchandising standards, store policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines, including following planograms for consistency.
• Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: setting up displays and signage to communicate prices, discounts, and offers.
• Strong communication and relationship building: maintaining good relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly managers, and providing feedback via our feedback application.

• Experience in merchandising or retail.
• Ownership of your work within set timeframes, using initiative to find solutions.
• Pride in delivering high standards and service.
• Comfort with manual handling and moving products from warehouse to shopfloor.
• Confidence using a company tablet for tasks like downloading briefs, taking photos, and answering questions.
