Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is recruiting a Counter Manager for Stansted Airport to lead and inspire the in-store team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced airport setting.

You will recruit and train top talent, manage weekly and monthly KPIs, schedule rotas, and collaborate with the host store and senior stakeholders to uphold brand standards and the magic service across the counter. Flexibility for shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience.
• Genuine passion for the beauty industry.
• Commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• People management experience and the ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Weekly and Monthly productivity reporting to the Retail Manager.
• Drive sales through team motivation to hit KPI targets.
• Lead a team through briefs, 121 meetings and line management.
• Monthly rota scheduling, payroll budgeting and forecasting.
