Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience and a dedication to customer service excellence.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must move around store and lift at least 40 lbs.
• Experience with makeup application and skincare services.
• Associates must maintain all required professional licenses and certifications, including any state-specific demonstrator or cosmetology licenses.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and drive store objectives and key metrics.
• Create memorable store experiences through relationships with team, vendors, customers, and community.
• Lead team in excellent customer service, sales, promotions, and events.
• Build product knowledge and artistry skills to engage customers.
• Onboard and develop associates; support learning and performance reviews.
• Provide omnichannel support and accurate inventory/fulfillment processes.
• Support merchandising, replenishment, and store cleanliness per directives.
• Coordinate with store leaders on schedules, traffic plans, and events.
