Job summary

Harrods is looking for Full Time Beauty Consultants to join our H beauty team across Makeup, Skincare or Fragrance at our Lakeside store. You will deliver world class customer experiences, combine product knowledge with a friendly, personalised service and help meet sales targets while building repeat visits.

You’ll enjoy a salary of £26,740 plus commission and access to Harrods benefits including generous staff discounts.

Job description

We are currently looking for Full Time Beauty Consultants working across Makeup, Skincare or Fragrance, to join our welcoming and close-knit H beauty team in our Lakeside store.

H beauty is no normal beauty hall, with interactive playtables to try on the latest products, a Harrods gift shop, and a big pink bear for your Instagram pictures; we are focussed on the experience our customers have when they walk through our doors.

As a Beauty Consultant, you'll enjoy a package that includes a salary of £26,740 + commission, as well as access to our renowned Harrods benefits, including generous discounts across our store.

About The Role

Our Beauty Consultants are at the heart of what we do and, as the face of our iconic brand, you will be responsible for creating world class customer experiences for each and every customer. Our Beauty Consultants take time to understand and learn about our customers, combining the \"Beauty of Selling\" with their comprehensive product knowledge; this tailored service approach leads to achieving sales targets as well as repeat customer visits.

Housing the worlds leading luxury beauty brands, our teams are curious, collaborative and ambitious. They are at the forefront of industry trends and strive to exceed in every aspect of the role.

You can expect each day to bring a new challenge and experience, our teams are trusted to work with autonomy whilst ensuring; high visual merchandising standards, adequate stock levels and replenishment, championing our My Beauty rewards scheme and our customer feedback surveys.

You will be an exceptional professional with a strong foundation in retail, hospitality or beauty. You will have best in class experience in providing a memorable service to our clients. You will be dedicated and disciplined in your work, and be a leading example of excellence in your team. You will be ambitious and excited by your sales targets, striving to achieve our group mission whilst continually learning and developing to achieve more. Your high standards will set you apart, taking pride in your appearance, punctuality and adherence to Harrods policies.
