Fenwick is seeking a Beauty Concierge to act as a brand-agnostic beauty expert across the entire Beauty floor. You will confidently guide customers through fragrance, skincare, makeup and emerging categories to offer impartial, personalised advice.

This shop-floor position emphasizes sales, productivity, conversion and customer experience, with the goal of building meaningful, commercial customer relationships throughout the Fenwick Beauty brand family.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge across multiple beauty brands and categories.
• Experience in premium retail, hospitality or other customer-focused environments.
• Natural ability to engage customers and understand their needs quickly.
• Commercial confidence and focus on service and sales performance.

AsBeauty Concierge, you will be a highly visible, brand-agnostic expert working across the entire Beauty floor. From fragrance and skincare to make-up, body care and emerging beauty categories, you will confidently navigate our complete offer to provide customers with impartial, personalised advice.

Unlike a role dedicated to an individual brand or counter, your focus will be thewhole Fenwick Beauty customer. You will identify their needs, connect them with the right products, brands, services and specialists, and ensure every interaction has the opportunity to develop into a meaningful and commercially successful customer relationship.

This is a shop-floor-based role with clear accountability for sales, productivity, conversion and customer experience.

About the Candidate

• A genuine passion for Beauty with broad knowledge across multiple brands and categories.
• Experience within Beauty, premium retail, hospitality or another highly customer-focused environment.
• A natural ability to engage customers and quickly understand what they are looking for.
• Commercial confidence and an understanding that exceptional service and strong sales performance go hand in hand.
• Comfortable working to clear sales, conversion and productivity expectations.
• Curious about new products, brands, ingredients and Beauty trends.
• Confident moving between fragrance, skincare, make-up and other Beauty categories rather than specialising solely in one area.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a broad range of customers.
• Collaborative and comfortable working alongside multiple brand partners without preference towards any individual brand.
• Energetic, proactive and comfortable spending most of the working day visible and engaged on the shop floor.
