Michael Page is partnering with a premium luxury beauty brand to recruit a Brand Manager in the UK. You will shape brand presence across key retail channels with high-impact campaigns that inspire customers and drive performance, in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Based in Surrey with flexible, hybrid working, you will lead trade and shopper marketing, analyse consumer trends, partner with sales and agencies, manage budgets, and monitor KPIs to optimise ROI and brand growth.

• Experience in beauty/FMCG, ideally luxury brands.
• Strong trade or shopper marketing expertise.
• Understanding of consumer behaviour and retail dynamics.

In this role, you will bring brands to life within the retail environment and ensure a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.

You will:

• Lead the development and execution of innovative trade and shopper marketing strategies
• Create impactful campaigns and activations that reflect the luxury positioning of the brand
• Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to unlock growth opportunities
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, brand and external agencies to ensure flawless execution
• Manage budgets effectively, delivering strong ROI
• Monitor and optimise performance through key KPIs
