We're looking for an ambitious Business Manager to join a highly sought-after, trend-led beauty retailer at Stansted Airport.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a busy retail business in a fast-paced travel environment, where you'll play a key role in driving performance, developing your team and creating memorable experiences for every customer.

About the Role

As Business Manager, you'll be responsible for maximising the store's commercial performance while building and developing a motivated, customer-focused team. You'll combine strong business acumen with a hands-on leadership style, ensuring sales targets are achieved, service standards remain high and the business continues to grow.
