Job summary

Allstaff Marketing Division is seeking a Brand Communications Manager, Social Media & Community in Renfrew. On-site is preferred, with possible remote consideration for experienced candidates based in England.

You will shape social media and community strategy across consumer and trade channels to support annual plans and brand activations. Lead content creation, influencer activity and presentations for key accounts, while ensuring brand guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in social media, communications or brand management.
• Experience developing strategic social media and community plans.
• Proficient in Canva and creating polished presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media and communications strategies aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
• Manage social channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Lead content creation including video, influencer and community-led assets.
• Manage paid social campaigns, influencer partnerships and community engagement.
• Oversee budgets, campaign performance tracking and ROI reporting.
• Coordinate brand activations, events and sponsorship opportunities.
• Create presentations and sales materials for Sales and National Accounts.
• Develop Canva assets to a high standard and maintain brand guidelines.
