Job summary

Allstaff Marketing Division seeks a Brand Communications Manager to lead social media and community strategy across digital platforms and brand activations. Based in Renfrew, the role combines strategy with hands-on creation of content and assets for consumer-facing and trade channels.

You will support the Sales and Marketing Manager with campaigns, annual plans, and key account marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency across platforms and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong background in social media, communications, digital marketing and/or brand management.
• Experience developing and executing strategic social media and community engagement plans.
• Knowledge of paid social, influencer marketing, content creation and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media and communications strategies aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
• Create engaging content across channels and manage influencer partnerships.
• Oversee social media budgets, campaigns, ROI reporting and market analytics.
• Collaborate with Sales and National Accounts to produce sell-in materials and brand assets.
