Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience in corporate communications, public relations, social media management, or brand communications may be considered.
• Professional training or certifications in digital marketing, PR, analytics, content strategy, social media, or reputation management would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee communication activity across salon operations, e-commerce, retail, education, training, partnerships, and customer engagement functions.
• Create a unified communication approach so every department presents a consistent brand message.
• Plan announcements, campaigns, launches, events, and business updates with the Company Director and departmental leads.
• Translate departmental goals into clear communication plans that support growth, reputation, and customer confidence.
• Set communication standards for tone, messaging, response times, approvals, and brand presentation.
• Design and manage social media strategies across platforms to increase awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversion.
• Lead the creation of social media copy, campaign concepts, captions, community updates, and audience engagement plans.
• Monitor platform performance and adjust content strategy using insights and results.
• Maintain a consistent brand presence across channels while adapting content per audience segment.
• Develop PR strategies positioning The Belle Loft Ltd as a premium brand in beauty, retail, and education.
• Prepare press releases, media statements, and editorial content.
• Build relationships with media contacts, influencers, educators, and partners.
• Identify opportunities for press coverage and collaborations.
• Protect the company's public image with aligned external communications.
• Lead integrated campaigns across social, website, email, media outreach, and partnerships.
• Create briefs, timelines, and reporting measures for campaigns.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
