Job summary

SEPHORA UK in London Brent Cross is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional client experiences and support store operations. You’ll educate customers on makeup, skincare and fragrance, provide personalised recommendations, and help with daily tasks to keep the store running smoothly.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, stay ahead of beauty trends, and contribute to an inclusive, values-driven team. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service or store operations (cash & stock).
• Strong passion for makeup, skincare and fragrance with product knowledge and application technique experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on application techniques and product benefits.
• Stay up to date with beauty trends and new launches.
• Provide expert product guidance across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
• Drive sales by connecting with customers and promoting services and loyalty program.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain a tidy cash area.
• Receive, check and organise deliveries and stock counts.
• Replenish stock and maintain appealing displays.
• Support visual merchandising updates and promotions.
• Collaborate with team and participate in trainings.
• Assist with new store opening activities.
