Main Responsibilities
- CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE / BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
- Deliver outstanding service by engaging, connecting, and servicing visitors with appropriate attitude, outfit, and makeup look in line with KIKO standards.
- Achieve business goals set with the Store Manager, including Customer Experience, Sales, and KPIs.
- Satisfy customers’ needs through cross-selling products.
- Complete all BeKIKO dossiers, quizzes, and training modules.
- Update Management on issues affecting customer experience and KPIs, such as trends, stock levels, and store housekeeping.
- Potentially undertake responsibilities as a ‘Beauty Tutor’ to assist in training the store team.
PROCEDURES & POLICIES EXECUTION- Ensure the store complies with all KIKO standards.
- Follow KIKO standards and procedures as outlined in the Store Book and by the Store Manager.
- Maintain high standards of store image, merchandising, and customer care.
- Stay updated on market trends.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in fashion or beauty.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and trends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Experience in product demonstrations and makeup application.
- Knowledge of skincare routines and techniques.
- Ability to keep work area clean and organized.
