Federation of Small Businesses in Birmingham invites self-motivated individuals to build their own sales business backed by a trusted national organisation. You’ll be your own boss with flexible hours and comprehensive support to help you grow your income and client base across the local area.

As a Membership Advisor, you’ll win new members, develop territory plans, manage referrals and pipeline, and maximise earnings through upselling.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation, resilience and drive are essential.
• Willingness to learn and develop continuously.
• Confidence in building relationships with small business decision-makers.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Win new members for FSB and grow your income.
• Build and execute a smart territory plan.
• Generate referrals, manage your pipeline and close deals.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximise earnings.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads effectively.
