Federation of Small Businesses is offering a Membership Advisor role where you will run your own sales business backed by a national organisation that has supported UK small businesses for over 50 years. You’ll win new members, build a territory plan, manage your pipeline and close deals to maximise earnings.

You’ll work with unlimited flexibility and uncapped monthly commissions, with unrivalled support to help you become a recognised business champion in your local community.

Qualifications

• Sales experience
• CRM experience
• Self-motivation
• Relationship building
• Drive and resilience
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Win new members for FSB and grow your income.
• Build and execute a smart territory plan.
• Generate referrals, manage your pipeline and close deals.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximise earnings.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads effectively.
• Confidence in building relationships with small business decision-makers.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) - helpful but not essential.
