Rapidly scaling European compliance software scale-up with private equity investment and huge growth plans!

They need a player manager.

This person will lead from the front, inspiring a team of 5 BDRs with customers across pharmaceutical, biotech, and private health.

  • Career progression to Director level within 3 years
  • Huge investment is going into improving their tech and product development
  • You'll be working with inspirational leaders. It's an exciting time to join!

Here's what you'll be doing in the first 12 months:

  • Driving new revenue in line with the ambitious company vision
  • Building, recruiting, and developing your own BDR team
  • Coaching existing team members and helping progress their careers
  • Leading and growing the customer base across the UK, US, and Europe
  • Working closely with the executive team on business strategy

About You

  • 5+ years experience selling in a SaaS/IT solutions company
  • Passion for leadership; you may be an experienced or aspiring leader
  • Proven success in driving methodologies that deliver results
  • Excited to make a difference in a fast-growth tech scale-up
  • Knowledge of selling globally is helpful
  • Foreign language skills are a plus
