THE BDR MANAGER ROLE:
You’ll help to shape and grow the new sales team from day one, with projected growth of 10 heads in the next couple of months
We are looking for a proven Leader/Mentor, who is ready to take ownership for Recruitment, Target setting, Training and Development, and Defining the overall sales process/strategy.
You’ll work very closely with the wider Sales and Marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and handoff processes.
Reporting to the global VP of Sales, you will act as a liaison between the BDR team and Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
