As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at ASE Global, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You'll serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

Here is a little window into our company: ASE Global was acquired by Valsoft and now operates under the Aspire Software portfolio. Aspire Software, the operational arm of Valsoft Corp, operates and manages Valsoft's global portfolio of wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time-sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.

The successful candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in automotive sales, selling to dealerships, DMS or sales software solutions is essential.

The successful candidate will be based anywhere in the UK, working in a remote work model!

What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Proactively identify and research new business opportunities across key global markets through outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and coordinate discovery meetings for the sales team
  • Focus on introducing and selling ASE's new AI-powered product to dealership customers, demonstrating its value in improving operational efficiency and performance

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of lead activity and engagement within our CRM platform
  • Collaborate with marketing to follow up on campaigns, events, and content-driven initiatives
  • Understand ASE's product and service offerings and communicate their value to various stakeholders across the automotive ecosystem
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to outreach, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution

About You

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a B2B sales or client-facing role is essential
  • At least 2+ years' experience in SaaS or the automotive industry is essential
  • Automotive sales experience selling to dealerships, DMS, or sales software solutions is essential
  • Curiosity and understanding of AI Technology is strongly welcomed - experience with AI-driven solutions is a plus
  • You should be excited to help dealerships adopt AI innovations that automate tasks, enhance customer experience, and transform operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, consultative approach
  • Self-starter with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales engagement platforms
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb industry knowledge and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong hunter mentality with a drive for results and uncapped OTE potential
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is essential
  • Must be legally authorised to work in the UK
