Hours: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm (with paid overtime as required)

Contract: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to join our highly regarded and friendly Business Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment at a leading law firm during a period of dynamic growth.

You\'ll support a wide range of initiatives across business development, marketing, client relationships, and events—making a real impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare targeted presentations including pitch books, brochures, and deal sheets
  • Update lawyer biographies across print and digital platforms
  • Maintain accurate client and contact data in our CRM system
  • Track pitches, meetings, and BD activity
  • Assist with planning and executing client events (seminars, webinars, receptions)
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Keep European practice content up-to-date across internal and external platforms
  • Liaise with our New York BD team to support league table submissions
  • Coordinate submissions to legal directories, awards, and surveys
  • Provide general administrative support to the London BD team
  • Champion BD best practices and uphold the firm\'s commitment to excellence
