WHAT TO EXPECT
As a Battery Process Engineer, you will work in the Battery assembly team, supporting pioneering electrification developments in support of the JLR high profile range of exciting electric vehicles. You will be at the forefront of developing new, technologically advanced, electric propulsion systems.
The team is responsible for the development and introduction of industry leading processes and facilities incorporating state of the art manufacturing technologies. You will be working closely with Product Development Engineers and suppliers to ensure that Battery system designs meet world class quality and efficiency standards.
Based at our Whitley site, you will also regularly work at other JLR sites in the West Midlands depending on the current project. You will also have the opportunity to periodically travel to other European countries to work alongside technology leading suppliers.
