Job Overview

As a Lead Process Engineer in our Place Based Thinking team, you will provide technical direction to discipline engineers, mainly in water or water recycling non-infrastructure projects. Your role includes designing support, ensuring compliance with legislation and standards, reviewing process design deliverables, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver value-driven project solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review project design and process documentation for quality and standards compliance.
  • Drive sustainable and low-carbon design practices.
  • Ensure compliance with process standards, regulations, and Anglian Water standards.
  • Develop lessons learned and promote digital technologies like 3D modeling.
  • Assist in project planning and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Undertake site visits and present technical insights to teams.
Candidate Profile
