Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a prototype battery pack through to deployment.
• Oversee battery module and pack integration around proprietary cell technology.
• Manage Battery Management System (BMS) integration, testing and validation.
• Lead prototype and low-volume battery pack build activities.
• Own project planning, risk management, timelines and technical delivery.
• Act as the primary technical interface for customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
