Job summary

Evera Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to lead the development of control electronics for battery, power conversion and electrification technologies. You will drive concepts through verification and production, working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust solutions.

You will design MCUs, power supplies, FPGA and interface circuits, producing schematics and PCB layouts, and participate in commissioning, verification and root-cause investigations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience developing MCU-based electronic systems through full product lifecycle.
• Strong analogue and digital circuit design experience.
• Knowledge of SPI, I2C, CANbus and Ethernet protocols.
• Experience designing low-voltage power supplies.
• Experience using SPICE for simulations.
• Laboratory debugging and hardware verification experience.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop electronic control systems for battery, power electronics and electrification applications.
• Collaborate with electronics, systems, mechanical and EDS teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
• Design electronic hardware incorporating microcontrollers, power supplies, FPGA, analogue and digital interfaces.
• Produce detailed electronic schematics and supporting PCB layout activities.
• Support commissioning, verification and root cause investigations of electronic systems.
• Contributing to requirements management, FMEA activities and hardware-level functional safety compliance.
