Hyperion Search Ltd is seeking a commercially driven Head of Battery Energy Storage Sales to own business development and revenue growth across key markets. You will lead the sales strategy, secure high-value energy storage projects and build a scalable sales function.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling BESS or related energy infrastructure solutions.
• Strong understanding of commercial, industrial, renewable and utility-scale markets.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Proven ability to deliver revenue growth and large-scale projects.
• Commercially astute, strategic, and capable in high-growth settings.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and business development across battery energy storage markets.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for commercial, industrial and utility customers.
• Build and manage relationships with developers, EPCs, asset owners and investors.
• Identify, qualify and secure new project opportunities from engagement to contract.
• Collaborate with engineering, project delivery and finance to craft solutions.
• Support growth of hardware sales and recurring software/services revenue.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity informing strategy.
• Build and mentor a high-performing sales team as the business scales.
