Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience in battery systems or energy storage.
• 3-5 years managing battery or EV projects in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of battery technologies, BMS design, and power conversion.

• Lead and develop a team of project engineers in battery systems.
• Manage multiple engineering projects from concept to manufacturing scale-up.
