Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd is seeking a Bathroom Fitter to perform insurance reinstatement works in Birmingham or Staffordshire. You will complete bathroom installations in occupied or void properties, delivering high-quality finishes and excellent customer service.

The role requires prior bathroom fitting experience; owning a van and tools is preferred, along with a full UK driving licence and strong communication skills.

• Making good after installation
• Work alongside other trades as required

Bathroom Fitter - Insurance Reinstatement Works

Location: Birmingham or Staffordshire

Pay

• £200-£270 per day
• Price work available
• Permanent positions available (£38,000-£42,000 per year)

The Role

Working within occupied and void properties, you'll be responsible for restoring bathrooms following insurance claims. We are looking for tradespeople who take pride in delivering high-quality finishes and excellent customer service.

Typical duties include:

• Full bathroom installations
• Removal of existing bathrooms
• Installing baths, shower trays, shower screens and enclosures
• Fitting vanity units, basins and toilets
• Wall and floor tiling
• Silicone finishing
• Minor plumbing alterations
• Installing bathroom furniture and accessories
• Making good following installation
• Working alongside other trades where required

Requirements:

• Previous bathroom fitting experience
