Job summary

Niyaa People is seeking experienced Bathroom Fitters for insurance reinstatement works in the UK, covering Birmingham or Staffordshire. You will restore bathrooms in occupied or void properties, delivering high-quality finishes and excellent customer service.

Annual salary range £38,000–£42,000 with additional permanent opportunities. A company van is supplied and ongoing work throughout the year is provided, with career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous bathroom fitting experience.
• Own van and tools preferred.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work to a high standard.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out full bathroom installations in occupied or void properties.
• Remove existing bathrooms and install baths, showers, vanities and toilets.
• Tile walls and floors to a high standard and apply silicone finishing.
• Work with other trades as required and ensure customer satisfaction.

Bathroom Fitter Insurance Reinstatement Works

Location:

Birmingham orStaffordshire

We are recruiting experienced Bathroom Fitters for ongoing insurance reinstatement projects across Birmingham or Coventry.

Pay:

• £200£270 per day
• Price work available
• Permanent positions available (£38,000£42,000 per year)

The Role:

Working within occupied and void properties, you'll be responsible for restoring bathrooms following insurance claims. We are looking for tradespeople who take pride in delivering high-quality finishes and excellent customer service.

Typical duties include:

• Full bathroom installations
• Removal of existing bathrooms
• Installing baths, shower trays, shower screens and enclosures
• Fitting vanity units, basins and toilets
• Wall and floor tiling
• Silicone finishing
• Minor plumbing alterations
• Installing bathroom furniture and accessories
• Making good following installation
• Working alongside other trades where required

Requirements:

• Previous bathroom fitting experience
• Own van and tools preferred
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work to a high standard
• Strong communication and customer service skills
