Job summary

CPM United Kingdom Limited is seeking a part-time Merchandiser in the Bath area. The role involves visiting stores to set up POS materials, merchandise per planograms, and optimise displays. A car is essential for meeting stock and promotional material delivery.

Expect 2–4 hours per week with potential expansion during busy periods. You’ll work across Monday to Sunday with fixed visits Tue, Thu and Sat, delivering great in-store experiences for health & beauty brands and related products.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising.
• Available Monday to Sunday with fixed visits on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
• Own car required to carry promotional materials or small displays.
• Reliable, adaptable and able to work independently.
• Confident talking to store staff and building good in-store relationships.
• Takes pride in their work.
• Use of a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app.

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up POS materials.
• Navigate fixtures (gondolas, bays, shelving) confidently.
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
• Ensure stock is on shelves to drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays so they're eye-catching and easy to find.
• Where possible, negotiate extra display space to boost sales.
• Some stock movement and lifting may be involved.
